Who We Are?
Three years after the de facto authorities took power, Afghanistan stands out as the only country in the world where secondary and higher education is strictly forbidden to girls and women. According to new UNESCO data published on Thursday, 1.4 million Afghan girls have been deliberately deprived of schooling. Access to primary education has also fallen sharply, with 1.1 million fewer girls and boys attending school.
The establishment of this organization was one of the opportunities that led the group to utilize their technical and professional capacities, in order to provide the necessary facilities for the community.
ESAAR for the first time got its license from the Ministry of Justice of Afghanistan as CSO with registration (No# 4527) and also for the second time after the fall down of the previous republic government in order to reduce complexity with the current De-Facto authorities and continue our operation in the Afghanistan ESAAR got the license from MoEc of Afghanistan in 2024 with registration (No# 6001).
