Since its inception, Esaar Social Advancing & Active Response Organization has open its headquarter in Kandahar, Afghanistan. But as per the strategic plan and program we are to cover Helmand, Urozgan, and Zable in this Zone, as well as open our sub-offices in the eastern zone of Afghanistan, currently being operating through a virtual cooperation agreement in Kabul, Nangerhar, and Khost provinces.

This will enable ESAAR to be able to deliver its educational, humanitarian, women’s right, capacity building, and other Active Emergency Response services to all parts of Afghanistan where the needs have been raised and we based on our access to there, with the help and support of national and international donors, who have been cooperating for years with ESAAR.
